As moderator, I stress the promotion and reinforcement of intercultural
competences of individuals (e.g. “expats” or project managers) and
intercultural teams.

The benefits for you:

The increased awareness among those taking part of differences and common
factors of foreign cultures plays a key role in encouraging them to maintain a
confident and authentic demeanour when engaging in business meetings.

Participants extend their knowledge through their individual value system and
via automatic behaviour patterns inherent to their own culture. Moreover, they
also gain insights into customs, conventions and rituals of foreign cultures.

The participants gain improved mutual understanding and eliminate prejudices
and misunderstandings about foreign cultures. This also means problematic
interpersonal friction can be avoided and – more importantly – the potential
of culturally mixed teams can be optimally exploited from the start.
